Empowerment Coaching: Ready to make new life changes? Unsure how to proceed? Coaching is simply a respectful and confidential dialog between you and I about your goals or changes you're considering. *Coaching clients are asked to commit to an initial series of four, (60-90 minute), sessions. Commitment to your coaching program helps to ensure adequate skill building and new habit formation.
Tai Chi Lessons: Tai Chi is a relaxing yet rejuvenating movement meditation with benefits anyone can enjoy. Reduced stress, lowered blood pressure, improved balance and flexibility are just a few of the many wonderful benefits of Tai Chi practice.
*Private (1person, one hour), private party, workshop, and package sessions available.
Personal Fitness Training: Private (1-hour), partner, and small group sessions available. Personal training clients are required to commit to an initial series of at least four sessions to ensure best results.
Sessions held in my private office, studio setting, or in the comfort of your home, whichever is your preference. I adhere to the highest standard of ethical principles and confidentiality.
